Crumbed Chicken Sandwich
Serves two
INGREDIENTS:
- 4 slices of Tip Top® The One® White Sandwich
- 1 crumbed chicken breast
- 3 Tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tomato
- 2 slices cheddar cheese
- 2-4 butter lettuce leaves
- 2 teaspoons butter
- Sweet chilli sauce for drizzling (optional)
METHOD:
- Pan fry crumbed chicken breast in olive oil over medium heat until cooked through.
- Remove from pan, place on and slice into strips
- Butter each slice of The One®
- Layer lettuce, cheese, tomato, and cooked chicken onto 2 slices of bread
- To finish the sandwich, drizzle each stack with chilli sauce and top with the remaining slices of bread.
