Gluten Free BLT
Serves one.
INGREDIENTS:
- 2 slices Tip Top® The One® Gluten-Free
- 1 rasher middle rindless bacon lean bacon
- 1 tablespoon of Gluten Free mayo
- ½ tomato, sliced
- 1 cos lettuce leaf
METHOD:
- Grill the bacon on moderate heat pan until crisp. Transfer to a plate lined with paper towel to drain.
- Spread one slice of Tip Top® The One® Gluten Free bread with mayo and top with lettuce, tomato and bacon, then top with remaining slice of bread. Slice in half and enjoy!
