Gluten Free BLT

Serves one.

INGREDIENTS:
  • 2 slices Tip Top® The One® Gluten-Free
  • 1 rasher middle rindless bacon lean bacon
  • 1 tablespoon of Gluten Free mayo
  • ½ tomato, sliced
  • 1 cos lettuce leaf
METHOD:
  1. Grill the bacon on moderate heat pan until crisp. Transfer to a plate lined with paper towel to drain.
  2. Spread one slice of Tip Top® The One® Gluten Free bread with mayo and top with lettuce, tomato and bacon, then top with remaining slice of bread. Slice in half and enjoy!
