Gluten Free Chicken Salad Sandwich

Serves one.

INGREDIENTS:
  • 2 slices Tip Top® The One® Gluten Free
  • 1 lettuce leaf, washed and cut
  • ½ tomato thinly sliced
  • ½ cup shredded cooked chicken breast
  • ½ Lebanese cucumber thinly sliced
METHOD:
  1. Top one slice of Tip Top® The One® Gluten Free bread with the lettuce and tomato.
  2. Add chicken and cucumber, cover with another slice of bread.
  3. Cut in half and enjoy.
